I do that by working as a part-time, fully embedded growth leader within a company’s organization. I work closely with a company’s senior leadership team and individual contributors to help achieve the company’s long-term growth and innovation objectives.
I often lead client teams. I am highly experienced in leading multi-functional teams in the discovery, incubation and acceleration of new business and new product opportunities. The teams I lead commonly have representatives from my client’s research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing/sales and finance organization.
